Reasonable knowledge of all books required for the seminars is expected. Every question must be covered by at least one book ( the books from seminars are included), or a selection of short stories ( at least five, separately listed) or poems ( at least ten, separately listed as well).


Bring along a list  of the literature courses you attended (including options) and your reading list
Without the lists you will not be admitted to the exam!!!! The reading list  should be cumulative, i.e. list the works you have read both in compulsory and optional seminars as well as on your own. List them according to the list of questions stated above  (1-51). In addition, indicate books covered in seminars in section A, books that you read on your own in section B. Remeber to put the titles if it is a novel or a collection of short stories of a collection of poem in italics, titles of individual poems and short stories short be in quotation marks. Unless you read whole collection of poems or short stories, indicate the titles of individual short stories or poems. At the end of your reading list, list secondary sources you used (literary history, theory). There is an example for you:
